Midnight: the crux between night and day.
He sat within the castle's hallowed halls, the darkness overtaking him.
He welcomes it, he accepts it; it sooths his already darkened soul.
The castle was silent, save for the footsteps of his minions.
One by one he had memorized their patterns, their shifts, their patrols.
It became routine.
Beside him it sat; a pulsing throb that moved under his touch.
It was growing impatient, as was he.
Every day, the sun's burning glare would destroy the darkness of his realm, bringing tranquility and harmony.
He hissed as he felt it touch his skin. Only the shadows could cool the metaphorical burn.

Men were nothing to her.
All of them were mere play toys to her whims.
Velvet was a woman of high class taste.
She wanted it all and would do anything to ravish her sexual desires.
A great paladin she was to wed.
Once he was a mighty hero, but now a foppish fool.
Admittedly he was handsome, but he had what she wanted.
His power, his riches. Those were what she wanted.
Then "he" came along.
Clad in armor, putrid smelling creatures at his side, giggling and chattering.
Immediately she was taken by his body and his looks. Metal made imposing features.
She used her charms, her wiles. She had done this man a time, and every time a man w
It tasted bitterly against his tongue. Its cold feel oddly warmed his body. Staring down at his drink, Jack sighed. It was an odd sort of emotions that flew through his body. One moment he felt high, and another made him feel as if chains dragged him down.
"Another." The mongoose dully requested.
The ice in his glass clinked as its addicting river flowing. Alcohol was like that. The ultimate pick me up; at least one of them. Yet the strength it brought was only temporary. Its effects would last for an hour, maybe more, tops. Depending on how much he drank, his head would tell him the next morning. Honestly Jack didn't know how much he wante
I can feel myself loosing my grip. I sit under their watchful stares.
I can feel their looks of doubt, their fears.
They are afraid I will make a mistake, cause them harm, or make someone angry.
Everyday I put on a confident face; I tell myself "it will be alright".
Yet I always find myself sadly mistaken.
My confidence is shattered as I see the mistake, their disappointed glances.
They put their faith in me and I let them down.
They require my services less and less with each error.
I try not to, but it seems like I cannot win.
Yet I keep going on, hanging on to a thread of hope.
The last of the adults in Youngtown had been captured. Although he couldn't see them, he knew his troops had gathered them up imprisoning them in pods. He smiled slightly with triumph in his eyes. Giygas knew this was only part of the plan, he still had much more to do. Just as his people had done eighty years ago, his ship lay atop Mt. Itoi camouflaged by a thick layer of clouds. Eighty years, hardly anything in terms of age, at least by his people's standards. Humans were such a interesting race. From what he had observed and learned, they had potential for greatness, and ruin. He had to admit, Earth was a nice planet abundant, with much li
I swim beneath the waves, my dorsal fin slicing through the clear sea.
I can see them all, my brothers and sisters, pink, bottlenose, all kinds swim along with me.
We flow along Poseidon's domain, tricksters playful and free.
Our laughter fills the air as we leap above into the sky.
With splashes we go in and out of our underwater kingdom.
Coursing along, the sun glints against our shiny shapes.
Although our joy keeps us together, we can sense the sadness in the seas.
Many of vanish each day.
Soon we shall be a dying breed.
All due to human hands.
But there are some who embrace us.
Those are our brothers of the land.
As we are the
Starscream, one Decepticon, many traits.
Sycophant:
He was forced to serve others, not by his own choice however. It was a way of survival. A little word here, a little praise there, and they ate out of the palm of his hands. Survive he did, his little words of venom dripping into their audio receptors. Particularly that fool Megatron. Oh how he loathed serving under that worthless pile of scrap. But this was his way, his words had brought him as a right hand. Trusted and relied upon, even if he didn't mean a word of his worship.
Liar:
With each venom drop, he forced himself to lie. Lies went hand in hand with being a suck up. Forced to w
As I stroll between the metaphorical halls.
In between, I see them all.
An unmatched pair I am.
Sometimes I don't think I can
Ever be a good a friend,
So why should I pretend?
They are all so great
And shall have awesome fates.
Sometimes I wonder will I hold them back?
I can't really add to the concepts they grasp.
But despite all that
I won't look back
Life may not be fair
But I don't mind being part of an unmatched pair

Happily Ever After Review 4
Back to the bad owl, and I meant to put "" on bad, Scowl is lamenting on how his teaching Batso everything he knows lead to this moment. For the last time! You are not "bad" Scowl! You are not a good villain! You are not even a good mook! You make Swiper the Fox look good by comparison! Hell you make any bad guy look good by comparison. In fact I hope you boil to death!
Wouldn't you know it? Batso shows up. After telling Scowl that he needs to give up smoking, alright Filmation we get it, smoking is bad! But really some people still smoke. I don't but people have the right to smoke if they want. I am willing to bet that most people, who saw
The third wheel.
I stand amongst the crowd, a big endless city. I try my luck but I can't seem to go out on top.
I think of one comfort, my friends, those would stay with me till the end.
But my hindrances keep me apart. I can't compare.
I see one friend, one who stood by my side. Then I see him with another, their lips interlocked.
They are in love, no place for me.
They shall share a future, and where will I be? Nowhere important.
Some of them live far and wide, all across the globe.
They have their own talents, people to model after, great inspirations all.
They took the time to share my woes and hopes, but their skills warrant th
Yeah it was surpising to me. I have been thinking of making it a writing group for everyone. If you ever had a fantasy story yo wanted to try, feel free.
